Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a large food manufacturing site in Banbury. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, including conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs, with training provided and funded qualifications.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off rotation (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). A mechanical or electrical background is essential, with opportunities for progression and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Background in conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs.
• Eligible for fully funded qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition).
• Willing to rotate 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join one of the largest companies in the UK, offering a wide range of technical challenges and responsibilities plus fully funded qualifications?

In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance on an array of production machinery and equipment within a busy food manufacturing site. You will be involved in conveyors, pneumatics, conveyors, along with installations and refurbishments.
