Job summary

MDE UK is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, clean manufacturing facility. You will perform RM and PPM maintenance across the production line and work with a tight team of engineers, supporting a career path toward management.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule with days and nights; opportunities for further technical training and a clear progression into leadership are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related Service/Maintenance experience.
• Desire to join a clean manufacturing facility with a strong progression path.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RM and PPM maintenance across a state-of-the-art facility and production line.
• Work closely with a small team of engineers and the wider maintenance group.
• Adhere to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) with no call outs.

Factory Based, Commutable from Ludlow, Knighton, Kington, Leominster, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Newtown, Kidderminster and surrounding areas

• A direct team of 12 Engineers with a wider company of 260 across 2 sites

The Opportunity:

• Carrying out RM and PPM maintenance across a clean state of the art facility and production line
• Working closely with 2-3 other Engineers and a wider team of 12 total engineers
• 4 on 4 off, Days & Nights, 6-6 2 days 2 nights
