Job summary

MDE Consultants Ltd is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role offers a clear path into management with extensive technical training and a chance to progress as the company grows.

You will carry out RM and PPM maintenance on a production line, work with a small team of engineers, and rotate across 4 on 4 off shifts with day and night coverage. The environment promises stability, development, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Service or Maintenance.
• Looking for a role with technical training and clear career progression.
• Experience in a clean manufacturing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out RM and PPM maintenance across a clean state of the art facility and production line.
• Working closely with 2-3 other Engineers and a wider team of 12 total engineers.
• 4 on 4 off shift with days and nights.

Factory Based, Commutable from Ludlow, Knighton, Kington, Leominster, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Newtown, Kidderminster and surrounding areas

Shift: 4 on 4 off, Days & Nights, 6-6 2 days 2 nights - no call outs
