Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a highly capable Maintenance Engineer for a cutting-edge, fully automated factory. You will perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role requires multi-skilled, electrically biased experience, Level3 electrical qualification and hands-on PLC fault-finding in a fast-paced industrial setting in the UK.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled, electrically biased maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Level3 electrical qualification is required.
• Hands-on with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical fault-finding experience in a production setting.
• Experience working in a UK factory environment and with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on fully automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding to minimise downtime and maximise uptime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
• Support continuous improvement to improve efficiency and reliability.

Salary: £50,000 + Overtime + Pension + Healthcare. Location: Hemsworth. Shifts: Double days – Earliest & Latest.

A fantastic opportunity for a strongly electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. The role focuses on carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on fully automated production machinery, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.

• Multi‑skilled, electrically biased maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Level3 electrical qualification.

• Electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Experience working within a factory environment.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with PLCs and ability to fault‑find using inputs and outputs.
