Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to service automated production machinery, performing electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role is based in Hemsworth with double day shifts (Earlies & Lates), offering £50,000 salary plus overtime, pension, healthcare and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled electrically biased maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 electrical qualification.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown tasks in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• UK maintenance engineer experience in a factory setting.
• Experience with PLCs, ideally fault-finding using inputs and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance and fault-finding on automated production machinery.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability of the line.

Carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Multi‑skilled electrically biased maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Level 3 electrical qualification
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory
• Electrical fault‑finding experience
• Experience working within a factory environment
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
• Experience with working on PLCs, ideally fault‑finding using inputs and outputs
