Job summary

Auxtronic Ltd. is seeking an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer in the UK to maintain and install machinery and support new line installations. The role offers exposure to capex projects and a steady development path within a multi-site environment.

You will work with production, maintenance and leadership teams, applying your multi-skilled electrical expertise to keep lines running and improve processes within a family‑like, supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• 5 Years minimum experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Multi skilled capabilities.
• Preferred industry experience: Manufacturing, Packaging, Food, Automotive, Recycling, Distribution.
• Great communicator with production staff, maintenance and leadership teams.
• Apprenticeship trained with a City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ level 3 qualification in Electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install machinery lines and existing machines.
• Work on Capex projects with horizon plans.
• Collaborate with production staff and leadership teams.

Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer

Commutable from: Banbury, Brackley, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Daventry, Coventry, Rugby, Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Oxford.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 4 shift rotation (8hrs) - Week of mornings, afternoons, days, nights

Benefits:

Annual Salary: £60,600 p/a

Earning Potential: £60,000 - £80,000 p/a
