Job summary

Hunter Selection | B Corp™ is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Droitwich to join a busy production facility. You will take ownership of electrical fault finding, breakdown response and equipment improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.

Working on reactive and planned maintenance across production equipment, you'll support root cause analysis and PLC diagnostics while collaborating with production teams to deliver continuous improvement and value.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or production environments.
• Strong fault finding skills on electrical systems.
