Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Telford to join a true industry leader in manufacturing.

The role offers a base salary with a 20% shift allowance, KPI bonus potential, generous holiday, overtime, product discounts, Perkbox, life assurance and parking. You will work 3 shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) in a team of six engineers per shift.

Qualifications

• Hold an engineering qualification.
• Mechanically or electrically biased engineers welcome.
• From any industry background, including factory maintenance, field service, or ex-military.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Improvement and modification work to equipment.
• Investigate repeating issues and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to H&S.
• Mentorship of engineering technicians and apprentices.

Monday to Friday 3 Shift – 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00

Maintenance Engineers required for a true industry leader in their industry. This is a great opportunity for Maintenance Engineers to join a quality focused manufacturing company who are committed to employee development and training.

The successful candidate will work within a team of six engineers per shift responsible for attending machinery breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to ensure high production performance.
