Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Wolverhampton to support our fast-growing FMCG operations. The role offers a 4on/4off days shift pattern with no nights, and a salary of £55,000–£60,000 depending on experience. The business has recently expanded, doubling output and investing in new lines.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with Level 3 apprenticeship preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.

• 3 years working as a maintenance engineer within manufacturing.
• Ideally level 3 and apprenticeship served but would look at experience as well.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyors, packaging machines and related FMCG equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and fault finding on production lines.

They have just gone through a huge expansion, doubling their product output and revenue whilst installing 3 brand new lines. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a stable, growing business part of the FMCG sector. They are looking for multiple maintenance engineers, ideally from FMCG. Ideally, you will have experience on some of the following: conveyors, packaging machines, case packers, pallet wrappers, shrink wrappers or any machinery associated with the fmcg industry. They would also look at maintenance engineers from a different industry. In a climate where things are unstable in certain sectors, this is a business that is thriving and offer that stability over the next 5 years.
