Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a Bilston area site. The role focuses on PPMs, reactive repairs, and reducing downtime across production machinery.

The successful candidate will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, support continuous improvement, and work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation. Monday–Friday, days only, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
• Experience with PLCs and automated machinery would be advantageous.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE with Overtime

Shift: Days Only | Monday to Friday | NO WEEKENDS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business based in Bilston.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with PLCs and automated machinery would be advantageous.
