Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) to maintain plant machinery and services across our site in Aylesbury. The role demands both electrical and mechanical expertise and covers reactive and planned maintenance to maximise equipment efficiency.

The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, with proven manufacturing maintenance experience, and the ability to fault-find on automated systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical qualification is essential.
• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and fault-finding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance across all site machinery and services
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out effective repairs
• Maintain blow moulding equipment and related processes
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment where required
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures and H&S standards
• Accurately complete maintenance records and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: Up to £48,000 (DOE) Benefits

Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

As a Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled), you will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery and services to ensure maximum operational efficiency. You will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across all equipment within your skillset.

Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer role:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance across all site machinery and services

• Maintain blow moulding equipment and related processes
