Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated electrical maintenance engineer / service engineer for our award-winning business, ranked in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, near Aylesbury. The role offers an excellent salary of circa £35k-£40k+ depending on experience, along with benefits such as an annual bonus, generous holiday allowance, healthcare, and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnose, inspect, identify parts, test, service, and repair electrical machinery at the depot.
2. Install safety control systems and control panels on plant equipment.
3. Prepare vehicles and plant machinery for sale, exhibitions, and fleet maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in electrical engineering, interpreting hydraulic, electrical, and engineering diagrams.
• Qualifications in maintenance, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
• Service experience with large vehicles, heavy machinery, engines, or generators.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and repair of plant equipment is desirable.
• Ex-forces service maintenance engineers, REME technicians, RE plant operators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
