Join Our Team as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated electrical maintenance engineer for our award-winning business, ranked in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100. Located near Aylesbury and easily accessible from Oxford, we offer an excellent salary of circa £35k - £40k+ depending on experience, along with benefits including annual bonuses, generous holidays, healthcare, and a pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong electrical engineering experience, including interpreting hydraulic diagrams, engineering drawings, and electrical diagrams.
• Qualifications in maintenance, service, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering (Level 2 or Level 3 or above preferred).
• Experience with large vehicles, heavy plant machinery, engines, generators, or similar equipment.
• Previous electrical maintenance, installation, service, and repair experience is desirable but can be developed if other skills are evident.
• Experience from military service (e.g., REME technicians, ex-forces engineers) working on plant, trucks, tanks, or heavy equipment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant equipment and safety/control systems, as well as preparing vehicles for sale and exhibitions. Attention to detail is essential to ensure products are in excellent condition.

Key duties:

• Diagnosing, inspecting, testing, and repairing electrical machinery.
