Job summary

Maintenance Electrician – No Call Out
Birmingham
Up to £42,000 per annum

Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 – £42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participatein an on call rota.

Main Duties:

• Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.
• General facilities maintenancework – minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.
• Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
