Job summary

PRS LTD is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a 3-person engineering team on a static site in Kettering. The role is dayshift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £40,000 per annum.

You will carry out PPM tasks including emergency lighting inspections, fire door and bay door checks, minor reactive maintenance and contractor supervision. A City and Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification is required and experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience in a maintenance role on a site.
• Willing to perform general facility maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• PPM tasks – emergency lighting, Tap Temps, Fire Door and Bay Door inspections.
• Minor Reactive maintenance.
• Contractor management.
• Minor fabric works – basic plumbing.

Maintenance Electrician – No Call Out
Kettering

Permanent position for an electrically biased maintenance engineer, to work as part of a 3 person engineering team on a static site in Kettering. This role is working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

• PPM tasks – emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
• Minor Reactive works
• Contractor management
• Minor fabric works – for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).

The ideal candidatewill be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
