Job summary

PRS in Birmingham is seeking a Resident Maintenance Electrician for a single-site role in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. It is a permanent position, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with no on-call rota.

You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installations on building services plant, and oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work. Applicants should be apprentice-trained electricians with 18th edition and AM2, and experience in commercial

Maintenance Electrician - No Call Out

Birmingham

Up to £42,000 per annum

Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 - £42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate in an on call rota.

• Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.
• General facilities maintenance work - minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.
• Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure site logbooks, records and technical documentation are all up to date.
