Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
• Ability to make responsible decisions in a resident's best interest.

Responsibilities

• Resolve home maintenance concerns promptly with knowledge of building systems.
• Engage with approved contractors and source suppliers as needed.
• Cover emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems.
• Line manage the Maintenance Assistant including supervision and annual reviews.
