Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs and upkeep of interior/exterior finishes.
• Engage with approved contractors and manage supplier relationships as needed.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and performance reviews for maintenance staff where applicable.
