You’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience from start to finish, supporting managers, championing our culture, and ensuring consistent, fair and thoughtful HR practices across the group.

Key Responsibilities

As our People & Culture Partner, you will :

• Provide generalist support across the full range of HR activities, including policies, procedures, terms and conditions, performance management, absence and sickness management, and occupational health referrals.
• Oversee employee relations cases, working with Senior Managers to ensure fair, effective and consistent outcomes.
• Lead on onboarding and exit interviews to help us continually elevate the employee journey.
• Manage maternity, paternity and shared parental leave processes, as well as flexible working requests.
• Offer welfare support and guidance to employees across the business.
• Maintain HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely updates.
• Conduct regular audits, including Right to Work checks, record-keeping and reporting.
• Process reference requests (mortgage, tenancy and employment).
• Act as the first point of contact for HR systems queries.
• Oversee compensation, reward, recognition and benefits, including record-keeping and internal celebrations.
• Support the coordination of team social events, wellbeing activities and engagement initiatives.
• Represent the People & Culture function on internal committees and working groups.
• Drive focus groups and support actions arising from staff engagement surveys.
• Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion work across the organisation.
