Job summary

Veolia Group in Hampshire is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to drive scheduled maintenance and coordinate repairs across mobile and static plant. You will ensure maintenance plans and work orders are issued and completed within target timescales, and you will manage contractors and service providers to minimise downtime.

Experience with CMMS/maintenance systems (Infor/HxGN preferred), Workday, Tranman or Power BI is valuable.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating PPM, breakdown maintenance, servicing and repair activity in industrial/facilities environments.
  • Experience using a CMMS/maintenance-management system (Infor/HxGN preferred).
  • Knowledge of permit-to-work, inductions, risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PPM schedules and ensure work is planned, issued and completed within timescales.
  • Coordinate reactive repairs, servicing and inspections to minimise plant downtime.
  • Maintain maintenance plans, work orders, defect records and audit documentation.
  • Schedule internal maintenance teams and external contractors/service providers.
  • Administer contractor site access, inductions, permits to work and isolation requirements.
  • Process maintenance activity and reporting through CMMS and other site systems.
  • Support maintenance procurement, stock control and supplier performance reporting.
