Lookers Limited is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Controller in Harrogate to support the maintenance of our car and commercial fleet. In this role, you will authorise repairs, control maintenance spend, and deliver excellent customer service.

Fleet Maintenance Controller

Harrogate Leasing | 40 hours | Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 | Competitive / negotiable salary depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Controller to support the smooth, cost‑effective maintenance of our car and commercial fleet. You’ll use your technical expertise to authorise repairs, control maintenance spend and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Authorise maintenance and repair work promptly, ensuring accuracy and cost control
• Support customers and drivers with SMR queries in a helpful, friendly and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, ensuring all data is current and compliant
• Manage service recalls, MOT reminders and invoice processing within company guidelines
• Stay up to date with technical bulletins and industry developments to support effective decision‑making
