Job summary

Clark Contracts Ltd in Paisley is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our Maintenance Division, with a focus on insurance and reinstatement. You will own projects from estimate to invoicing, manage surveys, scheduling, procurement and client communications to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong MS Project/Office skills, high health & safety awareness and the ability to drive performance across a busy team while upholding our Customers 1st commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Project and MS Office packages.
• High level of Health & Safety awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and IT competency.
• Ability to manage contracts from estimate through invoicing and closure.

Responsibilities

• Raise new jobs and manage survey appointments.
• Update client portal and coordinate sub-contractors.
• Submit scope of works, photos, and documentation.
• Process authorisations and submit invoices.
• Procure materials and sub-contractors; raise programme of works.
