Job summary

Tech People is seeking a reliable Maintenance Carpenter to join the Chelsea hospital facilities team in South West London. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and carpentry across the site, including doors, frames and general fabric of the building.

Applicants should be fully qualified carpenters with DBS clearance or an in-date DBS, and hold a valid CSCS card. The position offers a daily rate of £220 and immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Carpenter (essential)
• Valid Blue CSCS Card (preferred)
• Proven experience in maintenance carpentry
• Basic DBS (essential) or an in-date Enhanced DBS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
