Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Carpenter for Reactive Maintenance in social housing across Croydon and surrounding areas. You will carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties and ensure high-quality workmanship with a customer-focused approach.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 trade qualification. You will work as part of a busy maintenance team, delivering professional service in tenants' homes while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Repair and replace doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, flooring, and other first and second fix carpentry.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service while working in tenants' homes.
