A leading accommodation provider in Greater Manchester seeks a Maintenance Caretaker to join their team. This role involves responding to maintenance issues, ensuring safety through building checks, and managing cleanliness. We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Caretaker to join our Accommodation Management team, based in Manchester. This role sits within Sanctuary Students which provides accommodation nationally.
Sanctuary Students manages accommodation for over 11,500 students across England and Scotland. We work in partnership with universities to provide cost-effective facilities management and support services, as well as providing specifically designed and purpose-built accommodation direct to students across the UK. We offer a range of accommodation from shared flats to self-contained apartments in major university towns and cities, including London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow.
