Serco is seeking a Maintenance Assurance Manager in Dumfries to lead planning, assurance and delivery of critical estates maintenance in a busy hospital environment. You will ensure statutory compliance, drive high service standards and maintain safe, reliable facilities supporting patient care.
Applicants should have experience in hard facilities management, ideally in healthcare or PFI settings, with a degree or equivalent qualification and IOSH/ NHS guidance knowledge.

This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme, which involves a detailed check of spent and unspent convictions and other relevant information to ensure safeguarding compliance.
