Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our coastal pubs safe, comfortable and in excellent condition. You’ll perform daily checks on boilers, electrical systems and fire safety equipment, replace bulbs, secure fire doors, and inspect roofs, gutters and walkways to address hazards.

You’ll handle planned maintenance and unplanned repairs, applying basic plumbing, electrical and joinery skills with a focus on compliance through ladder checks and utility readings.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and joinery skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily checks on boilers, electrical systems and fire safety equipment.
• Inspect roofs, gutters and walkways to address hazards and maintain outdoor areas.
• Handle planned maintenance and unplanned repairs; painting and grouting as needed.
