Job summary

THE PIG Hotel in Brockenhurst is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join a dedicated team. You will maintain safety, efficiency, and functionality across the property, with a hands-on and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, painting, and assisting with renovations under the Maintenance Manager’s guidance. Experience in a similar role is preferred; exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health and safety is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel’s functionality, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage preventative maintenance and basic repairs, painting and decorating.
• Support Maintenance Manager with renovations and projects.
