Aspris is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join a busy Maintenance and Grounds team across two children’s homes in Tadley, Old Basing and Theale. The role is 18.75 hours per week, with a base in Tadley and travel between sites. A valid driving license is essential and a vehicle is provided. Uniform including safety footwear is provided.

You will apply general maintenance skills, with basic carpentry and plumbing, help move furniture and deliveries, and support with day-to-day site improvements.

Aspris are recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join a busy and professional Maintenance and Grounds team. We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker who can apply their current general maintenance skills to our children's homes. The role will require basic carpentry and plumbing skills and the ability to support with the moving of furniture and deliveries around the site as needed. Uniform including safety footwear will be provided.

You will be working from a base in Tadley and will travel to two children’s homes, one in Old Basing and one in Theale. This role is 18.75 hours per week (2.5 days), 52 weeks per year. Please note that due to the nature of the role a valid driving license is essential - A vehicle will be provided.

Linden House and Broadview are part of Aspris Children’s Services, a UK-based organisation specialising in education and residential care for children and young people with complex needs. The homes primarily supports children with moderate to severe autism, often accompanied by challenging behaviours and associated conditions such as ADHD and Tourette’s Syndrome.
