Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Retirement Community at Dobsons House in Rayleigh. You will carry out site repairs and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly and serve as the main contact for on-site contractors.

At £14.08 per hour for 20 hours a week, the role supports decorating, routine checks, safe environments, and some gardening. We offer 33 days’ annual leave pro rata, sick pay, a contributory pension, training, and flexible working in an

• Experience in maintenance or a caretaker role.
• Ability to identify and carry out repairs safely using tools and light machinery.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and a full UK driving licence (desirable).
