Job description

Are you an experienced Maintenance Assistant? Do you want to work in a NHS Trust? Are you based in Surrey?

Job Description:
  1. Provide a professional robust estates maintenance and repair service at the trust.
  2. Have basic skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and construction trades to undertake maintenance, repair, and installation work.
  3. Maintain a high-quality environment for both clinical and nonclinical staff, patients, and visitors.
  4. Assist with other estates staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  5. Assist, plan, and organise operational maintenance for the Trust under guidance.
  6. Provide estates assistance across the Trust site as required for resilience and as instructed by senior staff.
Job Details:
  1. You will be paid £17.54ph on a 37.5 hour week.
  2. The role is 6-12 months temp to perm.
  3. You can be paid Umbrella or CIS.
