Hilton is hiring a Maintenance Assistant at London Hilton on Park Lane. You’ll help maintain the hotel’s safety and functionality, keeping guest areas in top condition and ensuring a warm, welcoming stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel facility maintenance and assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property.
• Manage stores and inventory effectively to ensure tools, materials and critical spares are available when required, reducing downtime and maximising team efficiency
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
