Job summary

Hilton in Brighton is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Hotels team. You’ll greet guests, take and serve orders, prepare dining trays, and uphold high service standards in a busy room service and events environment. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Support F&B operations: Work primarily within room service, whilst also supporting other outlets as required
  • Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
  • Prepare dining trays with precision: Set and arrange dining trays, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
