Job summary

Join a permanent full-time position in Central London, carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities include carpentry, tiling, guttering, plumbing repairs, sourcing materials, and overseeing contractors while supporting team members and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong practical skills and good numeracy for measurements and calculations.
• Expertise in one or more building trades (carpentry, plastering, tiling).
• Basic understanding of current Building Regulations.
