Easthall Park Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.
We wish to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to attend to repair requests and administrative tasks associated with the delivery of our repairs service to our tenants. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely and support the Maintenance Co-ordinator to undertake administrative tasks associated with cyclical and planned major repairs and landlord safety.
You should possess relevant experience in maintenance / repairs administration and a customer service environment and be able to work on your own initiative and have good communication, interpersonal and team working skills to successfully engage with colleagues, tenants, customers and other agencies.You should be committed to our values and be able to organise your work to meet organisational targets and personal goals.
