Choice Housing Ireland Limited in Belfast & South Down is seeking Maintenance Assistants to join our team. The role runs 37 hours per week with a salary scale of £25,878–£27,755 per year.

The successful candidate will perform routine health and safety inspections and carry out minor maintenance work and deliveries to schemes. The Maintenance Assistant will be required to carry out regular health and safety inspections of schemes/buildings and complete associated documentation, carry out minor maintenance work and deliveries to schemes.
