Job summary

Severn Trent is seeking a Reinstatement Specialist to support its Network Construction team across the region. You will measure excavations, identify surface materials and supply accurate data to reinstatement contractors to keep programmes on track.

You will coordinate activities Monday to Friday, liaising with contractors, customers and other stakeholders, while resolving on-site issues and reviewing defects with external bodies including councils and the Highways Agency.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Significant experience in the utilities industry.
• National Water Hygiene and NRSWA qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Measure excavations and identify surface materials for reinstatement.
• Provide accurate information to reinstatement contractors and coordinate activity.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and keep work on programme.
• Resolve on-site problems and review defects with councils and highways bodies.
