Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Mainframe System Operations Analyst to join our Edinburgh team. You will help maintain platform integrity, support production management for mainframe infrastructure, and work with feature teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to deliver reliable services across the platform.

You will contribute to risk management and regulatory compliance, collaborate with cross-domain stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through automation with GIT, Ansible and YAML while

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe batch operations and incident troubleshooting.
• Strong communication to explain complex tech to stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to platform health and ensure production services are robust.
• Support change demands and regulatory reporting for mainframe infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and reduce complexity.
• Maintain SOX and policy compliance through monitoring and controls.
