Job summary

Pearson Whiffin is seeking an EUC Engineer to join our IT team in Gloucester, onsite. The role focuses on MacOS, Apple devices, and modern workplace tech, with a strong emphasis on networking and cloud platforms. You will support end-users, deploy Apple hardware, and collaborate with security teams.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with MacOS, MDM tools, and Microsoft 365, with good communication and problem-solving skills. Onsite in Gloucester.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting MacOS in enterprise environments.
• Ability to configure and deploy Apple hardware.
• Experience with endpoint management and cloud services.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for MacOS and Apple devices.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware.
• Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with network services including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Work with cloud platforms such as M365, Azure or Google Workspace.
• Support device security, patching, and asset management.
• Collaborate with infra and security teams on projects.
• Deliver excellent service to users at all levels.
