Qualifications

• Experience in engineering workshops or education settings.
• Ability to coach and guide students in practical tasks.
• Strong focus on safety and workshop discipline.
• Ability to support lecturers during practical sessions and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support practical engineering sessions and workshop activities.
• Coach and guide students to develop technical skills.
• Supervise students during practical work and assessments.
• Help maintain equipment, tools and workshop resources.
• Ensure the workshop is safe, clean and well organised.
• Assist with stock control and maintaining workshop resources.
