Job summary

LEW Techniques Ltd in Taunton is seeking a Machining Technician Trainee to join a small, friendly production team. You will learn and perform mounting, machining and inspection tasks on precision components within a clean, safety-conscious environment.

The role operates days (approximately 8am–4pm) with some flexibility, and on-site parking is provided. DBS check and national security requirements apply to applicants.

LEW Techniques Ltd is an independent company in Taunton producing high quality precision products, supplying customers world wide. We are offering the opportunity for an individual to join the company as a Machining Technician Trainee. They will work along side a small friendly team within a production environment.

The role involves carrying out various processes in the production of precision components, including mounting, machining, cleaning off, checking work, following drawings & works instructions and working to high Health & Safety/COSHH standards.

You would be working in a small friendly team, working standard day shifts (approximately 8-4) with flexibility.
