Qualifications

• Apprentice trained with a Level 2/3 engineering qualification.
• Mechanically minded with good hands‑on skills.
• Confident using basic maths and computers (Word and Excel).
• Self‑motivated, reliable and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating specialist production machines.
• Maintaining and repairing tooling to keep machines running at their best.
• Inspecting parts to meet quality standards.
• Working towards running four machines of your own.
