Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in West Bromwich is recruiting a Machine Setter to support production, ensuring components are produced to drawings and specifications.

You will set up and operate machinery, oversee day‑to‑day running of the department, provide guidance to the team and drive quality, safety and efficiency. Rotating shifts are offered with a competitive hourly rate of £17.69 per hour (including 22% shift allowance) and opportunities for career development.

Salary: £17.69 per hour (includes 22% shift allowance)

Hours of Work

Rotating shifts:

06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manufacturing professional to support the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, ensuring conduits are produced to the required drawings and specifications.

Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team, helping to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
