Purpose of job/mission:

Setting of blow molding/Injection machines to ensure that products produced are to the required specification.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure blow molding/injection machines and ancillary equipment are in good working order, report defects, and carry out remedial work within your competence to minimize production loss and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure product quality at the packing station, complete relevant paperwork, and communicate any special instructions to supervision.
• Carry out sampling procedures as instructed, record results, and suggest improvements to the Technical Department.
• Report mechanical or electrical problems to supervision for resolution.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in work areas.
• Follow good Health & Safety practices at all times.
• Perform other duties reasonably required by supervision, consistent with the main purpose of the job.

What you can expect working with us

Machine Setter - Extrusion Blow Moulding

Days – Monday to Friday (7am – 4pm)

Salary dependent on experience - Experienced £35,000 - £40,000 (Trainee from £30,000)
