The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Setter to join our dynamic printing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setting, be mechanically minded with knowledge of leaflet machine operations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in machine setting, particularly in printing, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing industries, is preferred.

How you will impact WestRock:

1. Set and operate machines to maximize shift output.
2. Set and run all folding machines and leaflet formats.
3. Maintain quality standards and meet department quality targets.
4. Provide troubleshooting and practical advice on machine and finishing issues when required.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in machine setting, ideally in printing, pharmaceuticals, or food industries.
• Proficiency with PC applications.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety practices.
• Problem-solving skills.
