Job summary

The Best Connection Group is recruiting a Process Operator for a food manufacturing site in Telford. The role requires setting up and operating production machinery, plus strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

You will monitor processes, carry out routine quality checks, and complete production records. Forklift may be involved; training and development are provided for ongoing career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of setting and operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• A good understanding of food production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Desirable: FLT Counterbalance licence and training.

• Days Location: Telford
  Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
  Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm
  Pay Rate: £14.53 per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machine setting or process operating experience within a food production environment who is looking to join a growing business offering long-term opportunities and further training.

• Completing production records and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience of setting and operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• A good understanding of food production processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Desirable: FLT Counterbalance licence and experience would be beneficial, although this is not essential
• The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake FLT Counterbalance training if required
