GESIPA UK Ltd in Keighley, Bradford, is seeking a proactive Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run production machinery, read drawings, select materials, and perform quality inspections to meet customer specifications.

The role involves collaborating with Quality and Technical teams and adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate has a mechanical mindset, enjoys hands-on work, and is flexible to rotating shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery.
• Ability to read production drawings and works orders.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines using the correct tooling.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret production drawings and works orders.
• Select correct materials for production runs.
• Carry out quality inspections and measurements.
• Ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
