GESIPA UK Ltd in Keighley, Bradford, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Keighley site. This full-time, permanent role supports fast-paced manufacturing and ensures efficient warehouse operations.

Your tasks include picking and packing orders, receiving and storing goods, maintaining stock records, and moving materials for production. The role requires a reliable, detail-oriented team player who can use warehouse systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to support changing business needs.
• Experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Licensed to operate Bendi/Flexi trucks (essential or highly desirable).
• Numerate and comfortable working with stock quantities and inventory data.
• A confident communicator with a positive team-focused attitude.
• Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work accurate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Supporting manufacturing operations with timely material movements.
• Using warehouse and business systems to process stock transactions.
• Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and health & safety are maintained.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
