Job summary

Peaple Talent is seeking a Machine Operator in Skelmersdale for a temp-to-perm role. You will operate machinery on a three-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) Mon-Fri, ensuring high quality and delivery of components. Training will be provided, and there is potential for a permanent position after probation.

The role is based in an engineering environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and progression opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred but not essential.
• Willing to work Mon-Fri 3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).
• Must have valid work permit to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and process components to ensure high quality and delivery.
• Work on the shop floor within an engineering environment.
• Support with industry-specific training and development.
