About The Role

Type: Permanent, full-time, weekly pay

Hours: 47 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 4 in 7 night shifts

Salary: From £15.50 to £18.70

As a Machine Operative at AMFRESH, you will:

• Promote good working practices, ensure smooth production line operations, and collaborate with the Line Leader to achieve excellent results.
• Work closely with Line Leaders and Managers to improve machine efficiency, maintain production speed, report faults, and encourage best practices among colleagues.

Your role will also involve:

• Motivating team members and fostering a safe environment for feedback and ideas.
• Maintaining health and safety standards by keeping the workspace clean and safe, ready for handover.
• Ensuring the safety and quality of AMFRESH products for our customers daily.
